I’ve bought from Han several times. His plants are healthy and big and the prices are very reasonable. The plants are always well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Han’s House of Plants has a great variety of common and unusual plants. One of my favorite sellers!

Can’t say I was super impressed unfortunately. I thought I was checking a wishlist plant off my list, but after placing the order and being charged the cost, I had radio silence for almost 3 weeks. It took me reaching out multiple times on multiple platforms to even get a response, just to find out they don’t have the item I paid for. I was refunded eventually. Update: I spoke with the shop owner after their reply to this. They told me they do sell elsewhere, to which I inquired about purchasing an actual existing linearis from them. Zero reply yet again.

Great selection of highly desirable plants. I found Han on a Facebook page & discovered how close his shop is to my house. Brought a plant loving friend & her family with me, and we made a lovely day of it. If you are within an hour, it’s worth the drive!

Han was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. His plants were beautiful, abundant and unique, and it’s clear he is a true plant nerd with a passion and not someone just trying to make a buck off the next best thing. I added some healthy beauties to my collection that I will cherish and love. So worth the trip! We drove an hour. **Han also provided a box full of fidget toys for the two kiddos while we were there, and let each kid take a toy home. Bonus points for knowing how to handle children of other plant nerds*

Worst experience ever. Bought $300 worth of plants, sends it out 2 weeks late just to have my order arrive with only 6 plants....an entire box missing. Upon contacting Han Tran he told me he "completely forgot" and was looking at my current order in his home. How do you see a whole set of plants marked for an order and not think anything of it? I request expedited shipping through USPS and instead Tran cut corners and used his UPS account to ship it out. He told me he sent it on the same day I sent the complaint only to find out he lied about that and the shipment wasn't accepted until Thursday instead of Tuesday. He also mentioned adding in some gifts to reconcile the mistake. I found this later to be a lie as well. He advertises insulated shipping with foiled boxes and heat packs....i received none of this with my package other than polyfill and paper. I just received my package with things so damaged and neglected I couldn't even recognize then. I took an entire unboxing video and submitted my claim to PayPal and the bank. He blocked me and my husband and refused to make anything better after finding out the condition of the plants. He also slandered my name to other businesses.
